Usyk Tops Boxing's P4P Rankings! Check it Out!

Boxing's P4P Rankings: Boxing's heavyweight landscape has shifted following Oleksandr Usyk's victory over Tyson Fury. The sanctioning bodies have updated their rankings, with Anthony Joshua now positioned ahead of "The Gypsy King" in some cases.

The WBC, which previously recognized Fury as champion, now lists Joshua as the number one contender. Fury, following his defeat, falls to second. Agit Kabayel, despite his win over Frank Sanchez, remains at number three.

The WBA, who previously didn't rank Fury due to his WBC title, now places him at number four. This ranking positions Martin Bakole, the mandatory contender, Joshua, and Daniel Dubois as more deserving challengers.

The IBF, with Dubois holding the interim title after his win against Filip Hrgovic, takes a different approach. They rank Fury at number six, with Joshua positioned behind him at number three. Jared Anderson and Kabayel sit at fifth and fourth, respectively. Interestingly, Bakole finds himself all the way down at number 14 in the IBF rankings.

These updates highlight the changing dynamics of the heavyweight division. While Joshua benefits from Fury's loss, the rankings across organizations showcase some inconsistencies. The inclusion of cruiserweight contender Mike Perez in the WBA's top six further adds to the intrigue.

One thing remains clear: the path to the undisputed heavyweight championship remains uncertain, with multiple contenders vying for a shot at the top.
