Roberto Soldic Flattens Dagi Arslanaliev with One-Punch KO at ONE 171

Roberto Soldic has officially arrived in the ONE Championship, delivering a spectacular knockout victory that left fans in awe. The former KSW two-division champion finally secured his first win under the ONE banner, and he did it devastatingly at ONE 171 in Lusail, Qatar.

Facing Dagi Arslanaliev in a welterweight bout, Soldic wasted no time showcasing his power. He opened the fight with a sharp leg kick, immediately following up with a punch to the body. Arslanaliev attempted to respond with a body kick, but Soldic was already a step ahead. The Croatian countered with a brutal left hand, landing flush and sending Arslanaliev crashing face-first to the canvas, unconscious.

With the victory, Soldic improved his ONE record to 1-1 with one no-contest, finally delivering on the hype that followed him from KSW.

Following his knockout win, Soldic wasted no time in calling for a rematch with Zebaztian Kadestam, the man who handed him a knockout loss in May 2023. Kadestam has not competed since that victory, making a potential rematch an intriguing possibility.

“When I’m like this, nobody can beat me,” Soldic declared in his post-fight interview. “In this cage, if I’m good, nobody can beat this Robocop. I’m back, guys.”

With his explosive power and finishing ability, Soldic has sent a strong message to the ONE Championship welterweight division. His knockout of Arslanaliev puts him back in the conversation for big fights, and a rematch with Kadestam could be the next step in his ONE Championship journey.
