The Professional Fighters League (PFL) has officially announced the lineup for its 2025 Featherweight World Tournament, featuring an elite group of eight competitors battling for the coveted championship and a $500,000 grand prize. Additionally, two alternates have been named to step in if needed.
Leading the pack are past PFL featherweight season winners Jesus Pinedo and Movlid Khaybulaev, both of whom will look to reclaim tournament glory. They are joined by Gabriel Braga, a dangerous finisher, and former Bellator title challengers Adam Borics and Jeremy Kennedy. The roster also includes European prospect Nathan Kelly, experienced French striker Yves Landu, and Tae Kyun Kim, a standout from Brave CF and UAE Warriors.
Serving as alternates for the season are Nathan Ghareeb (10-3), a notable New England talent, and Canada’s Frederick Dupas (8-1), both of whom are ready to step in should any of the main competitors be unable to continue.
The high-stakes tournament will begin on April 3 at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, where these top featherweights will kick off their campaign for PFL gold.
For Jesus Pinedo, this marks a highly anticipated return after securing the 2023 PFL Featherweight Championship. The 28-year-old Peruvian striker was previously set to face Patricio Pitbull in the PFL vs. Bellator crossover event but had to withdraw due to injury. Later, he was scheduled to meet Jeremy Kennedy at the 2024 PFL World Championship but missed weight significantly, leading to the fight’s cancellation. Now, he looks to bounce back and prove himself once again.
The full featherweight lineup for the 2025 PFL season is as follows:
Jesus Pinedo (23-6-1)
Gabriel Braga (15-2)
Adam Borics (19-2)
Movlid Khaybulaev (21-0-1, 1 NC)
Jeremy Kennedy (19-5)
Yves Landu (21-9)
Nathan Kelly (11-3)
Tae Kyun Kim (10-1)
Alternates: Nathan Ghareeb (10-3) and Frederick Dupas (8-1)
With a mix of former champions, Bellator veterans, and rising stars, the 2025 PFL Featherweight World Tournament promises to deliver an action-packed season.
