The highly anticipated grappling showdown at ADXC 6 has a new headliner. Initially, fans were eager to see UFC bantamweight contender Umar Nurmagomedov face off against former Bellator champion Eduardo Dantas. However, that fight is now off, and UFC rising star Raul Rosas Jr. will step in to take on former UFC fighter Muhammad Mokaev on just seven days' notice. This electrifying clash is scheduled for October 25 at the Mubadala Arena in Abu Dhabi, just a day before UFC 308.


At only 20 years old, Raul Rosas Jr. has quickly made a name for himself in the UFC with an impressive record of 10-1. Known for his grappling prowess, Rosas has secured six submission victories, including a notable rear-naked choke against Ricky Turcios. In his latest performance, Rosas emerged victorious via decision against Aoriqileng at UFC 306.


His opponent, Muhammad Mokaev, boasts a spotless 12-0 professional MMA record, alongside a staggering 23-0 amateur run. Despite an impressive UFC career with a 7-0 record, Mokaev parted ways with the promotion earlier this year. Following Mokaev’s win over Manel Kape. Mokaev has since signed with Brave CF, but his first fight back in MMA remains unconfirmed.
