Ken Thompson Dedicated 23 Years To Boxing.

News of Promoter Ken Thompson's passing away at the age of 85 sadly broke earlier this year.

Thompson was founder and president (until the day of his death) of the Promotion company Thompson Boxing Promotions, a well-known Promoter company in the Californian territory.

During the 23 years that he was a Promoter, he performed a total of 215 shows, either alone or in co-promotion with other companies.

The list of well-known boxers who participated in his shows is very extensive. Several boxers who would later establish themselves as champions began their boxing careers under Mr. Ken Thompson, such as Timothy Bradley or Josesito Lopez.

Ken Thompson was a great promoter of boxing in the Los Ángeles area.
