John Lineker set to make his Muay Thai Debut Against Liam Harrison

John Lineker is ready to test his skills in a new arena. The former ONE Bantamweight MMA World Champion is set to make his Muay Thai debut against Liam Harrison, a four-time Muay Thai World Champion, at ONE Fight Night 18 on Prime Video. The event will be broadcast live in U.S. primetime from the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on January 12. Lineker, who has earned the nickname “Hands of Stone” for his devastating punching power, has 18 knockouts in his MMA career.


He reached the pinnacle of his sport in March 2022 when he knocked out Bibiano Fernandes to become the ONE Bantamweight MMA World Champion.


He later lost the belt to Fabricio Andrade, but he recovered with two impressive wins over top-ranked opponents this year. John Lineker faces a formidable challenge in Liam Harrison

John Lineker will not have an easy opponent in his Muay Thai debut. He will face Liam Harrison, a seasoned fighter with over 100 bouts under his belt.


Harrison has been a dominant force in Muay Thai for a long time, thrilling fans with his aggressive and explosive style.


He was involved in ONE’s Muay Thai Fight of the Year in April 2022, when he battled Muangthai PK Saenchai in a thrilling contest that showcased his skills and heart.

He came up short in his attempt to dethrone ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Nong-O Hama, but he remains a popular and respected figure in the sport.



Lineker will have to deal with a new set of rules and techniques, as he enters the unknown territory of Muay Thai against Harrison.
