Walker is set to make his Top Rank debut in an eight-round bout against Alejandro Guerrero (12-4, 9 KOs) on Saturday, April 13, at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. Top Rank chairman Bob Arum expressed his excitement about signing Walker, calling him a "sensational talent" and predicting that he will soon be among the top contenders in the 130-pound division.

Walker himself is thrilled about the opportunity to work with Top Rank, a company with a storied history that has promoted legends like Muhammad Ali, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Oscar De La Hoya, and Manny Pacquiao. "With hard work, dedication, and the Top Rank team behind me, I will be amongst those names!" Walker said.

Charlie Sims of Huge Project Management, Walker's team, echoed the excitement, noting that Walker now has the platform in Top Rank to showcase his talent and achieve great things in his career.

A native of Los Angeles, Walker began boxing at the age of 7 and amassed an impressive 108-13 amateur record. He made his professional debut in November 2019 and has since stopped six of his first opponents. In December 2020, Walker defeated Mexican veteran Diuhl Olguin via unanimous decision, followed by a TKO victory against Julian Evaristo Aristule in March 2021.

Despite a draw in April 2021, Walker has since gone 4-0 with three knockouts. In his most recent fight in November, he defeated Jorge Villegas with a second-round TKO. Walker's signing with Top Rank marks a significant milestone in his career, and fans are eager to see how he will fare in his upcoming bouts under the promotional banner.
