Dana White once again calls for Tyson Fury to match up against Jon Jones

Unquestionably, Tyson Fury and Jon Jones are two of the biggest names in combat sports. They have recently been making headlines as they trade blows with one another, spurred on by Joe Rogan's now-viral claim that Jones would beat Fury with ease. The heavyweight champion immediately shot back, saying he wouldn't be defeated so lightly.

The controversy has now reached a new level as UFC president Dana White has boldly challenged Fury to compete against Jones in a heavyweight match. Fighting fans are really excited about this highly anticipated showdown and are looking forward to seeing how this possibly titanic confrontation plays out.

Heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury has been formally challenged by UFC President Dana White to compete in an octagon match against MMA icon Jon Jones. White said he would be happy to make the fight happen at a news conference after UFC Fight Night, adding that if Fury truly wants to find out who the "baddest man on the planet" is, he should accept the challenge.

White at the presser stated, “I’m telling Tyson Fury, whom I respect very much, if you really want to find out who the baddest man on the planet is, I will make that fight. I will make Tyson Fury vs Jon Jones fight in the octagon. And we figured out how to pay Floyd, we’ll figure out how to pay you Tyson. So the offer is out there. If you want to do it in the UFC, I know he was messing around with MMA for a little while there. Let’s do it, let’s answer the question.”
