Cris Cyborg is set to step back into the boxing ring, adding another chapter to her decorated combat sports career. The former UFC, Strikeforce, Invicta FC, and Bellator champion will face Karen Fernandes in a four-round boxing contest on March 3 in Medellín, Colombia. The bout will take place in the super middleweight division at 154 pounds.
The announcement came from Cyborg’s team, confirming that the fight will be streamed live on CrisCyborg.com. This marks her third professional boxing bout as she continues to balance her MMA dominance with her growing presence in the boxing world.
Cyborg, widely regarded as one of the greatest female fighters in MMA history, has already tested the waters in boxing. She competed twice in 2024, securing victories in both a professional bout and an exhibition match—each ending in a stoppage.
Her accomplishments in MMA speak for themselves. With an impressive 28-2 record, she has defeated legendary names such as Holly Holm, Gina Carano, and Julia Budd. Most recently, she outclassed PFL champion Larissa Pacheco in a dominant unanimous decision victory in October.
Now, as she prepares to lace up the boxing gloves again, fans are eager to see if she can maintain her winning streak inside the squared circle.
