Biaggio Ali Walsh, grandson of Muhammad Ali set for second PFL bout

The grandson of Muhammad Ali, Biaggio Ali Walsh, is getting ready for a PFL Las Vegas event in April.

Ali Walsh played college American football before switching to the mixed martial arts scene. He played American football for the University of Nevada's UNLV Rebels team. He will next be seen taking part in MMA at PFL 2 on April 7 in Las Vegas.

Ali Walsh has yet to compete professionally in MMA. The former college football player is 2-1 in amateur competition. His three fights all happened last year. He was trapped in a rear-naked choke during his first fight causing him to lose.

He earned back-to-back victories after the initial loss. He made his PFL debut with his most recent victory. Halfway through the first round at the Crown Fighting Championship in August 2022, Ali Walsh knocked out Bradley Seaver with a barrage of lethal blows.

The amateur scene is already abuzz with talk about Ali Walsh's lightning-fast hands and powerful punches. In his debut last year, he displayed a less developed ground game that might end up costing him as his fighting career develops.

With the PFL 2023 season rapidly approaching, Ali Walsh might finally start to establish himself in the world of professional combat sports this year.

His older brother Nico, who is presently undefeated in eight fights, has already earned a name for himself in professional boxing.
